What i'm wondering is whether or not i should get insurance in case i split something? Should i stretch first? And how fast should i be running before i jump?

Not really heard of a pommel horse, if it's bigger than a Shetland I wouldn't keep it in the house, but if you sure it's the way to go get lino first and top up on the insurance

Well now I'm being told to get ballet shoes as those are better for running towards the horse! And powdered chalk for my hands!! Why do I need chalk for my hands???? This is really starting to do my head in!!!!
Now, if this helps w/the insurance, im fine with that.

Its about circles and scissors

The chalks for the circles, you can never do enough circles. Be sure to counter-turn your hips, and move those hands. Always extend and amplify your circles. Chalk more circles.

You'll need some scissors to, but don't run with them until your old enough to have lost the urge to run with them in the first place.

I think
