We drew against them at home on Tuesday in a drab affair. They're a bit refreshed after all their postponements, it could be difficult for you, I predict a draw. Is Ajose your Suarez?
I'm going to Crewe to see my heroes. I have no high expectations, they need the points badly and they'll want it more than us. I'm just going for the chips from the excellent chipper outside the ground.
Wishful thinking, perhaps, on my part, Don, but Ajose is our Suarez.
Good luck against an unpredictable Crewe. It's odd but you always seem to play the team we are going to play the following week. Yes, we play Crewe on 8 March.
Crawley beat us at London Road, so it will be tough. I'd accept a draw, but prefer a win - 1-0 to the Posh?
Sunny up here: sunny, I suspect, near Gatwick.
Game on. Stifle Tubbs and we can win this one.
C'mon the Posh!
Denied by a post at the death, so no such luck. One of those days when we weren't going to score. Sheff Utd away next - another toughie! Then a little bit of relief in the form of a home game against Crewe.
What were Crewe like, Don, and how did your team perform against them?
Crewe were poor for 70 minutes, sadly the game didn't end then. We could and should have been 2-0 up at half time but, old story, didn't take the chances. They missed a penalty (dubious I thought!) just before half time. Our goal was a peach, see it on the Football League Show. Then we sat back, let them back in, they scored and finished the stronger and I was glad of a point!
That's football. The chips were good though.
