2011/12 was the first season during which FFP came into affect however clubs have been given a grace period.

I was of the opinion these teams breached existing rules, the FFP doesn't come in til 2015

The idea in principle was agreed earlier so maybe this is where I may be mistaken

I think the first set of accounts will be analysed (every 3 years??? in 2015 to review the losses.. I'm not an expert but I do know it's been in place of ages..

However yes your comments are true in that the ECA agreed with Uefa to delay the full implementation of FFP until 2015.

It would be extremely complex and probably inefficient to try to fully implement on other area..

RAP, developments of the club, do not fall inside the FFP.

We could build a 250 mil training complex as well as a 900 mil stadium. It doesnt get counted in the FFP.

If however, we went and bought Cavani for 50 mil and Arda turan for another 30 then that 80 mil would be included.

ok, well i was late to the party then.

Basically, UEFA are trying to get clubs to run themselves through the income and owners to manage the rest of the club as a business.
If the owners take out a loan on the club to build a stadium, then it is included in the balance for FFP.

No. The main reason for FFP is to try to stop clubs from overspending on players (to be competitive) and getting themselves in trouble.

If we want to be harsh we can say the real reason for FFP is to prevent further clubs like PSG,Man City and Monaco popping up
-------------------------

such clubs will always pop up... just the person popping them up will have to do it a little bit differently and it will take a little bit longer to achieve, but it will still happen.
