Yeah I agree, I think we've dodged a bullet there.....

Just happy its not Webb.

It's a shame that we live in a world where the name of the referee for a football match is now making news. We really need to implement more technology in the game as aid

............

You would be better off with Webb.

the trouble with Clattenvberg is he will make himself the centre of attention with an appaling decision. he often does in big games.

anyone but Webb

Webb was a guaranteed loss for us

brilliant news

What you mean is Clattenburg is not afraid to make a decision, whereas Webb just ignores anything controversial.

You havn't seen him ref us for the last two years then.

Shame, because if you had done Paisley wouldn't be slapping his head like the class clown.

He was a mile away.

That's the assistants error, ref can't be expected to see that from the halfway line.

The astronauts on the ISS said it was a goal.

Clangerburg should have kept up with play....

Since when? laughable.

and for :

Clangerburg should have kept up with play

What, from behind the goal line? Officiating error from the linesman. Won't happen again thanks to goal line technology.

Don't know why Vidicshin has a problem with Clattenburg.

He hasn't made a bad call in any Man Utd game this season.

The last time he did make high profile calls it was sending off two Chelsea players when Utd won at the Bridge last season.

He reffed the C1 tie earlier in the season and did a fine job.

Clattenburg is ok, there are better in the league but absolutely delighted it's not Webb.

All the refs/officials in this country are a pair of donkey's, the only decent one we have is Sian Massey

Us too, cant have him sending off our players again

Then you would have noticed that he hasn't given us anything wouldn't you?

I doubt you would find one United fan on here who would want Webb reffing this game.

Three or four years ago, hell yes.

posted on 10/3/14

You're missing the point.

We haven't won a single one of the last EIGHT games he has reffed in.

That's not coincidence.
