I want him to get us but sadly i dont think he will.
Gut tells me he wont, dont really know why.
Bates still in control so he wont get it
YES YES YES YES YES YES
Cellino IN!!
Cellino IN.
I believe the QC should give him the nod.
But, don't trust the illuminati within football.
Hes got those big dog london lawyers hasnt he. If they make it patently clear that in Italian law he is Innocent till proven guilty cant see why he would fail. Just got a horrible sense that he will fail him. hope im wrong.
He's appealing against the decision so he must be confident. The FL is in the best possible place now having earlier turned Cellino down.
If a third party rules against them then they have a "get out clause" if Massimo gets in and it all goes "t1ts up".
If the decision not to grant Cellino the right to take over Leeds United is based solely on the Italian court's ruling last week and if the subsequent appeal renders him "not guilty" until the new hearing has taken place, he has to win today.
That's based on logic and we all know that English Law doesn't always arrive at a logical conclusion!!
Given what we've heard over the weekend I rather think that certain individuals at the FL and within LUFC are experiencing squeaky bottom time.
All good. If Bates really does have his mitts over this farce then GFH and Harvey will be hell bent on hiding it!
Here's hoping common sense prevails, that we have a new owner within a short space of time and that we can look forward to a new season with real ambition and someone with clout to realise it.
This is Leeds
Cellino loses appeal
Lots more years of Haigh/Bates, admin this year... Haigh and Bates now have one admin each to their names.....allowed another one each before Susannah has a go

Would love to be a fly on the wall in that room thats for sure!

Mayhem or funny mayhem..."!
Full on mayhem of the serious kind.
Saying that though, if Massimo gets the nod, I'll laugh my rear off at how he treats the parasites currently sucking us dry.
cant see it happening...but typical Leeds if he does it will be another circus..........
As Highland would put it:

If Cellino does not get approval then it is highly likely that Ken Bates will end up back in some kind of ownership role at Leeds.
That alone is enough of a reason for me to want Cellino to succeed.
appeal ongoing apparently. not concluded yet.
