And with the capacity since the North Bank was done (excluding the temporary seats) being 31,000 we would be reliant on Rotherham selling out or almost selling out the bottom of the Steve Bull and us getting close to selling every other seat.

That depends on how you interpret the tagline Tatts. If its 31k in the WV1 postcode area, then I imagine it will easily be a success. If anything, they have set the bar too low.
