must admit it is hard to fathom out the logic behind the stewards decisions at times , think pastor also received a stop / go penalty as well ,
must admit i find it hard to be to harsh on the drivers as errors are part of any sport and they are maybe unique in the fact they are in charge of an extremely dangerous weapon that can inflict great damage on anything it comes into contact with
------- most other sportsmen/ women dont have that kind of handicap when competing in there respective chosen sports --

yeh must admit he probably needs to focus his aggression 100% instead of maybe the 95% he is currently focusing in a more positive way , when he does that he might well become one of the top boys out there -
would imagine you are like a dog with two dic/ks at the minute rap the way your team is playing and are now probably favourites for the prem -
fraid to say i am a bit of a gooner ---- fluck it lets not even go there as the tale of woe gets more miserable every time i think about it

I watched the race this morning on the BBC iPlayer.
The GeniiF1 driver, Pastor Maldonado, is reckless.
Decision
10 Second Stop and Go Penalty and Drop of 5 grid positions at the driver’s next
event (3 penalty points awarded, 3 points total for the 12 month period)
GeniiF1 are on the verge of bankruptcy. That is why they bother with Pastor Maldonado. He brings with him $30m.
I can well understand why Red Bull have been punished 10 places for an unsafe release on the grounds that people in the pit lane could be killed by a loose tyre as a result of the mechanics trying to break some world record.
I think Pastor Maldonado should have been banned for one race. But when money talks then justice walks.
GeniiF1 wasted their limited amount of money foolishly buying the right to use a word on their car “Lotus”.
Lotus – they aren't.
Actually, thinking about it and considering Colin Chapman's disgraceful track record regarding safety, then they are Lotus.
It's all a bit surreal to be honest - it's been so long, I've forgotten what it's like to be in this situation

<sarcasm>I can only imagine how frustrating the last few years have been for you.</sarcasm>
Sincerely,
A Leeds fan.

Maldonado should have been banned for at least 3 races. The guy is dangerous and could easily have killed Gutierrez.
I was screaming at the tv for the black flag to come out.
I've never seen a driver less deserving of an F1 seat.
"I've never seen a driver less deserving of an F1 seat."
Berni Ecclestone????
Maldonado is always an accident waiting to happen. Just like his team mate used to be (seems to have settled a lot more in the latter end of last season). You know with Maldonado there is always a chance he will rear end someone, or flip someone over like we saw on the weekend.
I'm all for drivers having an aggressive style and going for a gap, but he takes the pi.ss.
Agree with the OP.
Anyone who makes a mistake should be banned for life.

Lewis has mellowed immensely and it comes with maturity. People seem to forget how young these guys are and the pressure and spotlight they are under.
Pastor is dangerous though and has a catalogue of incidents that could have ended tragically
