Fellow arsenal fans will use the excuse that you're only in one competition, ignoring the fact that being in the CL for so long should give us the resources to cope with being in multiple competitions, so the factors cancel each other out.

That's what happens when you lose all your key players to injuries, and the club and manager fails to act in the window. Not only that but fails to replace the loss of pace with natural pace already in the squad. Also expecting to challenge for the league with only 1 half decent forward. We've still got a massive lack of ambition at this club. So infuriating to watch.
Lets see Liverpool try to maintain top 4 every year before jumping to the conclusion they are part of the elite.
I still can't get over the Walcott injury and how we didn't strengthen.
We were already crying out for a striker but when we lost our main goal scorer, wenger thought playing the likes of gnabry and rosicky out wide would give us the same out put.

A few years ago I would say most rival clubs fans would swap their manager for Wenger except for United fans, now I'm not sure. Of course United and Spurs would but that's only because they messed up badly with managerial appointments.
I like Wenger but it would be interesting to see if the fans of Chelsea, City, Liverpool and Everton would swap their manager for Wenger instead.

It was just trying to demonstrate that Wenger has fallen behind. Before he was second only to Fergie in terms of managers, now you could make an argument for Rodgers, Mourinho, Pellegrini, Martinez all of which could finish higher than him in the league.
As good as Lfc are playing if they had midweek games like we did they would be scraping for 4th 5th now.

The only reason loserfools and neverton are so high in the league is cos they have no european football. Theyl be back to midtable next season
