Very impressed by how Utd have been set up over these 2 legs. Moyes' defensive-ness has been his downfall this season (and in big games at Everton) but he seems to be in his element in this sort of game.
Bayern team this year don't seem to have a Plan B when teams do this, same as Barca didn't with their tika-taka tactic, they aren't the aggresive and powerful Bayern from last year under Heynckes IMO.

We're winning the Champions League. Don't you know?!
Would love to beat Bayern at the Allianz.
If we had Robben in our side we'd be winning this game.
Not saying he's been amazing today but with the defence we have and the defence we're playing against, a player like Robben would be the difference.

If Shinji goes off I am chartering a plane this weekend.
Get Chicha on if it's 0-0 at 80 mins and let him do an 'Ole' against them
30% possession with only 1 shot is a bit abysmal though, even if you are an underdog!

this is probably the worst team we've had at United since 2005

70% possession with no shots on goal is pretty awful too.
We were poorer in the first half of the first leg but then improved in the 2nd half of the first leg. So lets hope we improve in the 2nd half to come.
Really should have passed it to Kagawa.

I think they will be happy to keep it like this for quite some time and turn it into some sort of 15-20 minute free for all
Massive fixture, and I'm following it with interest. Good luck lads.
Rooney needs to practice his left foot more in training, he barely uses it
Yeah Rooney should have passed to Kagawa for that near chance. I was annoyed at him for that.

Their plan B is to counter quickly through Ribery/Robben, it's how they scored their goal in the 1st leg. It's something that Utd have generally protected quite well against though.

ooooof
TAKE ONS: Arjen Robben has been a constant threat for Bayern. 3/4 (75%) successful take ons. 31/36 (86%) passes made

They are in front on aggregate!
You have to say though, some of these players are cack. I am no supporter of moyes, but he has been banging on about keeping the ball all week. Surely these players should be able to string 5 passes together. Has carrick passed the ball forward this game?
