i also just cannot believe we spent 15 million on him, he's awful and thats being kind.

why on earth did we buy him when at the time we desperately needed a cm and Cabaye would have been available for only 5 million more.

I remember robb again hyping the signing much like he was with fellani

Reckon he will become a squad player for us

He will be sold ! Yes amazing SAF paid that. Obviously conscious of other youngsters that got away and that his wingers were not good enough but no excuses especially coming after the Bebe transfer too

I wish it was 15 though bud .

Joking aside, had SAF stayed then I'm absolutely certain Wilf would have reached the next level. These things happen though.

After developing Ronaldo into a superstar, SAF started to believe in his own magic and his ability to turn anything to gold. Hence, the series of disappointing signings. He wanted to take all the credit for our success. Understand this and you will understand why he opted for Moyes. He would get no credit for appointing someone like Gardiola or Klopp or Morinho...

Can you elaborate please?

You are accusing fergie of being selfish and hope we fail the next few years so he gets more credit?

Since ronaldo he has made a series of poor signings??? Yes he has made a few poor ones, he gas also made some very good signings. EVERY manager in world football makes some poor signings.

Yup, Robb has turned on Zaha already. Won't be long before he says he never wanted Fellaini

You seem to confuse two things: a good manager and a good person. The two hardly go together

Explain please what you are trying to say

Jeez, you are the king of making childish statements.

I haven't turned on him at all. Reports have come back saying he has a bad attitude and it's becoming clearer that he may be a problem.

I hope he can turn it around. Good luck to the guy.

What I want to say is that Fergie the manager was a genius, but Fergie the person was selfish and condescending. Seeing how the fans were treating him like a god, he started to believe in his own divinity. His handling of the Pogba situation, his belief that he can win with Bebe, Obertan, Young, Zaha... is evidence that he was trying to prove something to the world. He did prove it by winning the EPL last year, but the price we will pay in the long run will be very high.

Selfish and condescending. Give over you don't know the guy whatsoever. And what he actually does for many other managers in the game whom many speak very highly of him shows he is not selfish in the slightest.
Hardly left us in a state did he

After developing Ronaldo into a superstar
---------------------------------------

I lived in Spain at the time CR was playing for Portugals 'youth'. I watched a few games and told my Manc buds to watch this lad as he'll be special. A few weeks later he was off to Utd.
Ronaldo was always destined for greatness, just as Henry would always fulfil his destiny regardless of what the Gooners think.
Managers don't create stars! The cream will always rise regardless

Daehli was a bit quiet in the 2nd half and maybe a bit tired as well but I think taking him off was a mistake.

Cardiff couldn't keep the ball to save their lives in the latter period of the match, something that Daehli will help enormously with but he just wasn't seeing enough of the ball.

Some of the runs he went on were brilliant. I think he failed in only one of his take ons. At one point he beat Odemwingie, went back and beat him again if I can remember correctly.

Shows such quality and confidence in possession and the courage to always demand the ball and try and beat a player or 3 or make a pass to make something happen.

I'd love to see Ole give him a less restricted role. Play him behind Campbell and give him the freedom to move wherever he wants and have greater influence on the game.

It'll be a shame if he's playing Championship football next season.
