Unfortunately i have to leave guys, Very sorry to do this but it's better now then in 3 weeks time. If i stayed it would just be copy & paste tactics and the squad would never improve and you guys deserve better then that If i get time in future i will come back May also pop in from time to time mainly to mock Hero & Nadeem (Maybe Park)

No way we could incorporate GW1's into the new league? People have already spent money and stuff frmo it

Yeah... trouble is it had home slots, plus an automatic fixture generator would never produce those exact fixtures for week 1, so it'd basically end up having to be done manually.

Tbh, there are still 12 teams with active managers (11 if Baggy does go ). Which, as leagues go, isn't bad. Just need the HP to pick up a little

Once Tino and Marky are back we'll decide how best to proceed (almost certainly going back to one league of 12, hopefully starting next week).

Can i make a suggestion?

With people on holiday, leaving etc. i would suggest waiting before starting the league with almost a 'soft' reboot. Try to get people in september when the holidays are over and people are back to regular.

To tempt newbies, offer a £55m starting budget. Also say that anyone who wants to start again can, although everyone gets first dibs on their own players (so if i want Coquelin and Januzaj they're mine) then any new teams can sign foreigns, then the 'old' teams.

I'm happy to carry on with this if we can make it a success but I'm a bit concerned to tell the truth. Hopefully I'm wrong.

One person leaves and the whole league collapses. As marky would say, it's a shambles!

I'd rather not offer extra dosh Trebs, and I'd definitely rather not offer a reboot already - but I could get behind the idea of leaving it a bit before starting fixtures, especially since I'm away next week as well.

I originally wanted to kick the league off ASAP because otherwise people lose interest/forget but the holiday season isn't ideal timing. Let's hold fire for now and I'll discuss with Tino and Marky ASAP.
