The "Dear Admin" articles are of course a distraction specifically the ones which question why we have moderated blatant WUM content. However the forum is to some extent a valid place for people to raise concerns about specific issues that they have with the site and in the 300+ articles we get per day a single article raising a valid concern is not going to be the ruin of the site. I would not consider this to be countless.
The Feedback thread is a bit more lightweight for such discussion specifically when it is relevant to a specific board. We are OK with this.

Busy day today behind the scenes working on systems trying to stop banned users returning and such like, as well as dealing with complaints. Also got a pretty bad cold so my head is killing me too, so not really reading the forum today. Thanks for asking.
I'm not a Liverpool fan but recently been concerned about the board in all honesty. The Spurs board had similar issues when the site first launched. We try to address these issues in some capacity.
Sorry to hear about the cold! dont take beechams/lemsip! there rubbish and are just a surpressent! make a proper drink honey, lemon juice, sugar obviously hot water and add a drop of whiskey if u can! works a treat!

To an extent, but there are always special cases which I wont go into, we log ip addresses and timestamps against all activity on the site.

That there are one or two people who despite being banned many many times will come back with the sole intent of targeting that specific board. The intent of these members is not to use the site. We have occasions where a brand new member will write 5 ant-liverpool often quite offensive articles in the space of an hour or two, all posted on the Liverpool board. This isn't normal behaviour and the filter doesn't solve issues like that.

No idea. However it caused disruption to the extent that many of those members on the spurs board threatened to leave the site. The board is 'fine' now, for want of a better word.
