Me too.

Just hoping and praying that Brighton can finish sixth - the Memsahib and I fancy a couple of days at the seaside.

Brighton are useless tonight

Has the Premiership got stronger since we left though?

I've boycotted the league, since our kamikaze season, watching games that have been fixed by TV companies isn't that entertaining for me, so don't know, my hunch is the top 6 have got a lot better/richer and the rest of them have stayed the same average cannon fodder for the big clubs to destroy and continue propagating the myth that the Premier is a showcase for high quality football.

Feel like we need some kind of intermediary league between the Championship and the Premier.

All that needs to happen is for the Football League to reclaim ownership of the English game by refusing to accept relegated teams and scrapping promotion from the Championship. All Premiership teams get a one-time only invite to join the Football League, if it's rejected you can sit in your phoney league till the end of time.

Football League Champions = English Champions

With a little tweeking (not to be confused with twerking) your idea has merit Milf.

Salary Cap and Squad Cap too, plus other minor revolutionary acts, reclaiming football clubs from private ownership and we're good to go.

Oh n the FA being relieved of duties and the establishment of the Peoples Football Association

Hi Rams.
Just been enjoying Billy's brother, Warwick, showing us how to enjoy the Norfolk Broads.

It would have to go to a membership vote but I don't think it would be a problem passing unless there was some kind of technicality like the 'essential comedic and entertainment value' clause that Forest used so they could still be considered a football team, despite obviously not being one since Cloughie left them, many many, fame fading, years ago.

Evening all

2-0

Game over. Forest with a mountain to climb.

To be fair I think we should get a bye into the final as it seems no-one else apart from Wigan or QPR are taking it seriously.

Whoever finishes 6th is just the least worst of the mid-table riff raff, it'll be all over after the 1st Leg.

Should be MILF. I was trying to convince Firstborn that it ain't necessarily so, that every game is different, etc, etc, but my heart wasn't really in it. Sixth, whoever they are, are going to be crap, and we will be a couple up when we kick off on the Sunday, score early and canter gently into the final.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

In fact, you could come up with a Select XI of all the teams placed 6-24 and they'd still get smashed. Twice.

Even 11 Halfords wouldn't be a match for us.

11 Halfords? I wonder which one would be playing in his 'strongest' position?

posted on 25/4/14

11 Halfordss sorry.

posted on 25/4/14

What about 5 Halfords and 6 Jara's though, doubt we could match that unless we could get Greening in on a loan.

6 comedy Chileans? Side-splitting.

We'd struggle against 11 Andy Reids I reckon.

Where in their half of the pitch could our hoofball ever be directed? Plus, he'd stuff the goal too!

Morten Bisgaard would be my choice ... Quality player who I thought would had not looked out of place in the premiership the next year.. Sadly we never got to know whether he would have made the difference. I suspect his sublime skills were underrated by Jimmy Krankie

Got to know him and his wife as customers and have to say they were incredibly nice cultured couple.. Totally grounded and respectful of fans of the club.

As for Giles Barnes ... Aaaarrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhh a disgrace to the shirt .
