18 year old Jack > Today's Jack, he's got worse over the years.
Wilshere has done nothing to warrant a place in the World Cup squad. The only reason i'd take him is for the experience and to stop the likes of Lampard/Barry being considered.
What football fan, or any sport fan, not support their country?!

18 year old Jack > Today's Jack, he's got worse over the years.

How does a footballer get worse. He just hasnt met your expectations.
I am a big fan of jack but like Wenger I am not too disappointed considering the progress of Ramsey.
If you look at the starting lineup of the season against villa with jack and aaron in the middle. We got smashed and we had to change that a bit.Obviously Wenger wants them 2 boys to play together but in the short term it wont happen.
Problem is at this stage of his career jack needs games. So we may have to send him to a team like Everton to develop. It will hurt his ego but its for his own good.I wouldnt mind him coming of the bench to allow us to manage his fitness but I think he is better of playing games.
As for the world cup, I would rather non of our Arsenal players go but knowing jack he wants to be on that plane so I guess he will feign fitness just to be in brazil. If he does go I hope him and the Ox dont play.
England will go out in the first round and I want united and liverpool players to bare the scars.None of our bunch will hopefully not be involved
I want all Arsenal players to go but you're right it'll do Wilshere good in long term to take a break.

They were playing as our 2 deeper midfielders that day. They'd actually play well with a DM behind them but that won't happen with Ozil around
Barry is better than Wilshere now though. Jack was the definition of hype. When Wilshere starts delivering on 1/10th of the praise, I'm sure he'll be a good player for you. As it is, only Arsenal fans who have been sucked in to media rubbish rate him. He's worse than Barry, worse than Cleverley, than Henderson, Carrick, Gerrard and Lampard. He has nothing to him right now beyond a burst to get past a player, but then never does anything with the ball afterwards. Crepe.

If you're going to include Cleverly in that list you might as well add better players then him like Jake Livermore,Mark Noble, Steve Sidwell and Craig Gardner

Won't change the fact that Barry's had a far better season then Jack, Barry's has made a much bigger impression on Everton then Jack has on Arsenal this season.
Jack's good but he's not moved up a level since he broke through, Scholes called it right a few weeks back.
Wilshere doesn't deserve to be on the plane anyway.
Not sure England going out in the group will make that much difference to the Arsenal players seeing as they are accustomed to failure.
Darren that's going to go down well

Wow. Darren biting back after a season of Moyes' failure.
4th highest successful dribbles per game of any central midfielder in the league, along with a lower dispossession rate than the 3 above him; 3rd highest number of through balls per game in the league, and the highest of any central midfielder in the league; 3rd most highly fouled central midfielder in the league.
I appreciate stats don't tell the whole story, but the criticisms of Wilshere have been completely unjustified, IMO. His development may have stalled a bit - largely due to injuries and the rise of Ramsey - but that doesn't mean he's not still a fantastic player.
Henderson deserves a place in the england squad far more then Jack does

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well of course he does.
Forget a place in the squad. Henderson deserves to start. But will he? Nope.
England will start with the usual suspects. Carrick an Cleverly will go. Bank on it. The Former will also start. Woy will also bung Rooney in the 1st team and perhaps upfront, even though Sturridge has had a better season by a mile.
Like i said, Wilshere has done nothing to deserve going to the WC.
I doubt Carrick will start, and rightly so.
I know Woy isn't the greatest of managers but surely he must realise that Carrick and Gerrard in cm is far too slow and immobile?
He hasn't warranted a place on the plane on this seasons performance, and i don't think he'll be able to prove his fitness in time.
That being said, the amount of stick the lad's been getting is embarrassing. His injuries over the past 2 years have really hampered his development. As a player, when you have a niggling injury you do subconciously look to protect yourself by sometimes playing within yourself, ducking out of 50/50's etc.
There is no doubt he is the most talented England player in his age bracket and that he will go on the be a mainstay of the arsenal and england midfield for the next decade, but currently his injurty needs to be managed as a priority.
Ramsey is a prime example of returning from an injury at a young age. He had many a stumbling block and turgid performance to the extent that the uneducated among us were calling for him to be sold. Wilshere will do the same as ramsey has done this season as he improves over the next 12 months.
From an Arsenal point of view, the issue is fitting him in to our current team. Personally i see a change of formation to a 4-4-2 diamond to be the best solution for all of our current players. The diamond to be made up of a new DM (bender) at the base, Wilshere and Ramsey running the channels either side, and Ozil at the top. Move Walcott into the centre with Giroud to get the best out of both. I'm struggling to see how we can fit the trio of Ozil, Ramsey and Wilshere in the same midfield and for them to effective as a unit outside the world of FIFA
Imo Wilshere's been better than Ramsey was when he was going through a similar phase
Wilshire is on 80k per lol
This is what happens when you give Youngster the big money too soon, they dont improve and they stall.
He probably thinks hes made it which is his 1st mistake.
Even though I hate internationals during the season and prefer to watch Arsenal then England I will still scream and shout for my country. Even if some knöbheads assume that because I have brown skin because my dad is Asian that I have no right too even though I was born and bred here and my mum is English....fücking twàts.....
