Great name OP !!

No guarantee his success would be replicable in another football culture with a different set of players, with whom he were unable to fluently communicate.

I would wait to make sure he doesn't turn into another AVB...

Exactly Red Russian

I'm completely open to the idea that any of these tyro managers could be a success for us.

But it seems a lot of people don't accept that there are loads of reasons why these managers may be failures once they leave these clubs like Ramos and AVB were.

It's never so black and white.

It was Klopp a year ago...

He seems like the kind of manager that would strike fear into any team. Ruthless yet gets the performances and results required. But that is in a country he is comfortably able to communicate in. England could be a different kettle of fish.

He proved that Mourinho isnt the only one guilty of murdering the beautiful game.

I still feel klopp slightly trumps him.

but that said someone is the wotsits.

people can say about flavour of the months and what not but what they forget is to become flavour of the month you have to achieve things, things that put credentials on your cv. and someone is doing that.

no way this athleti team should be where they are but he has worked wonders.

and unlike Dortmund they wont sell their best players.

dont think he will translate from a humid Latin/Spanish culture to a cold proddy English one.

What to a man who is guilty of inciting violence and hatred against Sikhs live on television but due to his global appeal will never be found guilty? Don't let his stardom fool you.

Simeone is the right man, even a bollywood superstar like me, knows he is the right man

I guess Kav H hasn't seen my film Sholay

Are you actually going to pretend to be him

I grew up on that film mate. But I suggest you stick to his status as an actor because if you look past all of that you'll find a darker side to him. He was openly shown on television inciting hatred against Sikhs urging Indians to openly kill them during the 1984 riots. Indians tend to forget the blood he has on his hands because of his status and stardom he holds in India. For Sikhs he's nothing but a murderer.

Kav H - I'm assuming you're Sikh.

We're just admiring him as an actor. We're not idolising him in any other way

If, and it's a big if, Simeone wins the double he'll have trumped any achievement Klopp has achieved thus far in his career.

However, I still prefer Klopp. I prefer the way his team plays and like him as a person whereas Simeone is a caaant.
