What's with people wanting to sell Rafael? Yes he is a little injury prone but even if you bring in another right back you can still keep him. If he gets over the injuries he will be the best rb in the league after zabaleta.

Stewart Downing cost West Ham approx £5 million.
I can see Ashley Young fetching a similar price, (though I don't think he's worth even half of that)
Valencia is better than both of the aforementioned, so could command a fee of around £5 - £10 million.
Based on his performances for us, I'm not sure who'd even want Fellaini though.

We'd need to pay someone to take Young off us.
