From what I've seen of him he has looked a box to box player. Whenever he tries to sit back and pass the ball he always looks uncomfortable and whenever he's further forward he doesn't score enough or create enough.

In the right system, its his best position for me.

Although I'm likely wrong if Robb also thinks that.

He needs to be in Italy or at a club like Stoke City for his true colours to shine.

Times saying this morning that Spurs are willing to sell Alderweireld this summer after they won’t pay him £150k a week. Big blow for them if he goes, expect both Barca and RM to try and get him.

They have already replaced him with Sanchez and Foyth really.

It would be a blow, but Eriksen and Kane are the two players they would miss most.

I doubt they will try sign him as he isn't highly rated in Spain. He only played about 30 games there and was farmed out on loan to Southampton.

Hope the rumours of Mane being handed a new deal are true, he’s been great for us since coming in. With him having 2.5 years left on his contract, we can avoid the situation we’ve had with Can.

Mane contract is up until summer 2021. Still it’s good to reward players with better deals if they are doing the business which Mane certainly has.

Good win today, could have scored twice as many..

Thought Ox was good today, mane looks like he’s recaptured his form too which is fantastic heading into the final 10 games of the season and the quarters of the champions league.

All in all things looking very good for us. A Chelsea united draw tomorrow would be ideal.

Salah now has 31 goals in 37 games this season.

Exactly the same numbers as Suarez from 2013/14.

With a bit of luck, Salah will play another 12 or more games this season.

Has a genuine chance of becoming our 2nd highest scorer in a season from the last 50 years.

Ian Rush currently second with 40 in 86/87 (he’s also first with 47 in 82/83.

Salah only needs another 3 goals to knock Torres out of the top 5, and 6 goals to score more in a season than God ever did.
