Surely a medical at the starting stage would have been prudent for all to ensure issues are picked up to stop them from impacting the person or effectiveness later on.

Was hungover and didn’t sufficiently use my knees so my own thought

I pulled a neck muscle once pulling my trousers up after being on the bog.

An ellipsis has only three dots, no more, no less.
I didn't use an ellipsis.
However had I done so it wouldn't have to be strictly limited to three dots although it typically is.
Also it isn't an absolute requirement to use dots.
I’d say get a feckin hobby might be more appropriate
Though tbf I’m still working as normal and I’m bored to death when I’m at home! I’ve been going to bed before nine most nights......
I do sympathise for those that are properly housebound.

Not really about me to be fair. I'd play when she's in bed anyway. More my 7 year old who we made a conscious decision to keep away from consoles and gaming until at least 13.

Different times though mate.... Maybe get some educational games to go with it. Hell, even argue that FIFA is great for hand to eye coordination 👍

And it’ll be incredibly difficult imo to keep him away from them until he’s 13, in this day and age. It’s a great intention and I admire it, but when all his mates are playing and talking about them there’s a chance he could feel left out. Could get messy at home under those circumstances.....

Yeah, he hasn't helped himself though cos when we've been at his uncle's, who has one, and on holiday and there had been one, hes acted like a brat and wanted to do nothing but play it.... which is exactly why he isn't allowed one of his own. He's incredibly sporty and has decent talent for football but especially cricket. I want to harvest that as much as possible to be honest... like you say though, these are different times.

Yeah, they’re bloody addictive! Carrot and stick works for me, it’s surprising how my daughters attitude suddenly changes when I ask her how long she wants to be without her phone. The key is to follow through with your threats though, they soon switch on to hollow ones!
