He was invaluable early in Klopp reign. He was the one who triggered the high press when needed, with everyone else following his lead.
that and his movement always making runs into space or offering himself as an option.
was a big miss not only for us but England when he got that injury, never really recovered, still chance for him at Lesta, best of luck to him.
Yeah looks like a good move for them. An experienced leader for that group of young midfielders

Lallana won’t feature again ahead of being out of contract and possibly off to Leicester

Probably was some clause in the contract extension that if he got injured playing for us then we would have been liable. I'm happy we are using Jones instead
He wont be any huge loss. To me apart from about 6 months a couple of seasons ago where he played well. Lallana was a complete waste of money.

Lallana leading the youth was great. He has had some great games for us, and I really do like seeing him receive the ball in tight spaces. He has really good touches.
Ok it was offside but that Milner goal v West Ham showed some great touches.
Lallana has definitely been worth the money. Yes he's been reduced to a bit part player in the last couple of seasons but he gave us about 4 good seasons before then.

No he didn't. Had some okay performances and then had a decent surge when Klopp first came in but then spent more time being injured. Other than the goal at OT he's been bit of a nothing player.
He's scored several important goals and made 178 appearances for us.
Please dont rewrite history.
He was okay. Up & down, much like the team really. Then he had an insane first half of a season and then completely went off the rails to the point he was getting into fights with academy players

I like Lallana, technical player with tight control, good in the press, good positional sense, and gets goals.
Cons would he takes too many touches, slows the play down, and has been hit by many injuries.
Been a good signing though, but not a great one
I think he's been a good signing overall.
Did well in his debut season under Rodgers in what was a pretty poor team. Exceeded under Klopp's early tenure and was the embodiment of what the manager was trying to build here. Top professional in those early years which was a good example for other players.
Very good first half of the 16/17 season and played an important part in getting us back in the CL.
We then signed Mo which completely changed things. We adapted our system to suit the extra pace we now had to play a more counter attack style rather than the gegenpress style we played when Klopp first claim in.
Since we changed system he's not really had a position in the side and been a bit part player. Didn't have the pace to play in the front 3 and central midfield as part of a 3 has never suited him in my opinion. Losing a bit of pace and having a lot of injuries in that time hasn't helped.
Never really reached the numbers in terms of goals and assists we hoped but has been useful at times in recent years.
I wish him well.
Lallana won't even make my top 100 for the last 10 years
Lallana was decent for where we where at the time and latterly as a squad player. If he needs to move on for his career would begrudge him it. He’s been a good player overall.

Not sure what the team will look like tonight.
I think we need to be finding a system for next sesaon that works with Minamino in it so I reckon he'll start.
