Can’t even blame the defensive injuries. We are defending well. Senior players, in particular the front three, letting the team down far too often this sssson.

2 really odd things in that game, subbing Shaqiri on with 2 minutes to go (Salah had to go off as he wasn't at the races but why so late?) and why were we passing it about with 2 minutes to go with no urgency whatsoever?!

Newcastle didn't even park the bus. They were compact but we were just poor all over.
The midfield is too slow in playing quick passes against compact defending teams.
