Goes back a while. He pretends it doesn't...

I know exactly who he is, which he seems to forget.

RAP resorting to using first names is proper desperation.

Ignore him. I knew long time ago he was an attention seeker who wants to be liked by opposition fans and especially the Spurs fans on here because he had a blind date love affair with them.

There will be so many things wrong behind the scenes that have contributed to the season so far, not just injuries alone.

I don't think the contract situation of Wijnaldum will have helped the dressing room much this season either. If you obviously aren't going to keep hold of him, why still play him when there is an opportunity to play others? He's too slow with the ball half of the time and hasn't offered much throughout the season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We did the same with Emre Can.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I wonder how much influence Can had in the dressing room compared to Wijnaldum though. Cult hero for his part in the Barca turnaround, long standing first team player, obviously a very trusted player as he's taken the armband a couple of times in the absence of Van Djik and Henderson etc.

Something tells me something hasn't gone right with his contract situation somewhere along the line and I can imagine a player with that kind of legacy in the squad who is just walking out of the club won't give much confidence to many of the players in the squad.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Ideally if a player doesn’t want to stay then you sell them. Can you imagine the angst if we’d sold Wij last summer though and ended up with Henderson and Fab in defence.

I do agree there definitely more going on than we’ll ever know about. There is just not unity within the team.

A contract is bilateral. It’s not a problem to know that wijnaldum is going. If he’s told the club that he won’t be signing a new contract but will give his all, I would respect that from a player. It gives you a whole season to get the right players in position for next season.

I think this is where Curtis Jones comes in.

The bookies will probably have Villa as about 5/1 or 6/1 in the next game too, it’s ridiculous.

I guess it’s only when you’re a fan watching your own team you can see fully how fecking Shiite we are.

I never usually bet more than £50 on anything so i went for that, but as soon as I saw our line up, I stuck on another 20.

I don’t want him to but I’m starting to think Klopp may leave at the end of the season.

We can talk injuries and formations and natural positions and form but ultimately we still have excellent players walking onto the pitch and they’re just not performing for him. And not really looking like they care that they’re losing. From a refusal to lose to pretty meek surrounded we’re currently witnessing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can’t be bothered to try and describe the performance as words can’t possibly describe how bad it was.

What sticks out though is today I saw a bunch of players that look as if they have given up to me. The attitude of some of those players was a disgrace today.

I’m worried about Klopp too, FSG have got to get behind him and back him this summer.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agree with all this. It’s the players that are really starting to feck me off, they’ve literally given up. I’ve no idea what’s happening behind the scenes, but no matter what the manager does right/wrong there is no excusing the players attitudes.

Yep, and it doesn’t matter how good as you as a manager, if you lose the dressing room, that’s it.

If this bunch of caants continue showing the attitude they did today and in recent games, he’s on borrowed time.
