It was very fitting that our second goal came from Fernandes’ play acting. I thought the ref had just stopped the game because he was down injured but for some reason he gave a free kick and I have no idea why. We scored from it though

Brilliant footballer but an absolute Khunt of the highest order. Reminds me a bit of a pound shop Suarez.

It looked as if it was going to be a really tough ask in the opening 20 minutes. United looked a level above but after that it stopped. The overturned penalty was when the game changed.

Excellent after that though. There was only a 10 minute spell in the 2nd half where United were pressing but other than that, they were very poor.

I was thinking this last night in years gone by it's been one of the most boring fixtures of the year but it was a really good game last night.

Hopefully Mane starts v West Brom with a renewed sense of enthusiasm as I think that'll be a really really tough game.

Don't agree with that. They lost the fridge due to injury and panicked because the other 2 are not leaders.

United felt 10% of what our season has been like.

Maybe they just genuinely wanted to win a game against their biggest rivals.

Maybe, but also I kind of feel Ole is too naive to play defensively against us.

Moreso, we've just looked so overawed in these games recently, only rarely getting the result we should get - hope this is the end of that.

Just looked at one of the Utd threads and Hafi is basically arguing with himself lol
