Having read said article i cannot see anywhere where it says wolves put a bid in for him, rotherhams manager said it but thats it, if and thats if we put a bid in he would have been here in a heart beat!!! playing infront of 28,000 or 10,000 everyweek and on more money, me thinks there was no offer from wolves...................

sorry but the article seems to say two things:

when faced with a club who wanted to sign him and play him (quite possibly in div three), or with a club who didn't offer to sign him and therefore were not going to play him, a player chose to sign for the club who made an offer.

when faced with a complete lack of interest, either from the world or from the few fans left who admit to supporting west brom, another article popped up about a rival, better supported club.

It does not bode well if players view Kenny Jackett as someone unable to develop young talent.

The dust hasn't even had a chance to settle on the division 3 shield and already the club is in turmoil.

Can't attract decent players. Even that freebie from Posh turned them down.
People remember how useless Jackett was the last time he reached the dizzy heights of the Chump and their current squad doesn't inspire confidence. Never heard of most of them.

In all seriousness, they will struggle to strengthen the starting eleven to any significant extent this summer. They found it easy last year to recruit a few players that wanted to play at the top of League One, as the big fish in a tiny pound. They won't find it so easy to find players that fancy a season at the bottom of the Championship getting booed off every week by fickle Dingles notorious for turning on their own players.

Even you lot cant be that stupid to think he turned us down for them......can you?

Wo1ve5 are not even our rivals anymore. I see them in the same vein as Walsall these days. Consistantly smashing them and consistantly finishing above them was funny but since their demise....they're just 'meh'.

Leagues apart -i think you find its league and lets face it if norwich would have won one more game we would have been in the same league, we aint leagues apart funny thing is after the 2-3 of the worst years in our history we still get more fans, better stadium and just spent what was it 8m on the training ground/youth set up, Leagues apart!!!!! the gaps getting smaller all the time.
