Wouldn't be first choice, seen him a few times last season but there are better options out there is we are willing to pay
That said, he is better, by a distance than we have currently
Are Cadena SER reliable? I have only seen Herrera play a few times, not saying i dont rate him but i think there are better targets out there. 36m euros for a player who we turned down last summer. What has changed in 12 months?
He had his best ever season
as. are reporting it now too.......

Save the money from not buying Shaw and get this lad.
Evans adequate cover at l/b when asked to play there anyway. Time to get a few of the wage books asap because there will not be more than 65m spent this summer without leavers. Rooney for 25m would be good business too as the baggage has now gotten to overload status.
Apparently the reason were pushing it through is because after July 1st his release clause increases to €40m

"Will have to see if the market goes to Atletico, where there is only one level player in that position, the mattress Raúl García."
AS As revealed last week, the English club has returned to the charge to Atletico midfielder, who has secured not stay in no man's land as happened last year, when the United you used to go to at the end Marouane Fellaini.
Fellaini in no man's land sounds about right.

Lets hope Ed gets it done. Otherwise it will be just like last summer's shambles. This story shows if proves to be true, that the British press don't have a clue about LVG's list of targets!
Sounds like he's a club target - why would LVG be scouting Atletico?

He wouldnt be scouting Ath.Bilbao. But LVG would have surely informed united if he was interested in Herrera or not. Why sign a player if LVG doesn't rate/want him?
Could we do better for that sort of money? How good is this guy in relation to, say, Pjanic?
Dailymail saying shaw will cost 40 million. Outrageous and obscene. We should seriously look into buying Ricardo Rogrdiguez.

This
They only sell when a player's buy out clause is met or they want rid. Personally, for the amounts touted, I'm not sure we should go for him, considering how much others have already moved for and they are of a higher profile.
Last season, he started off slow (maybe because of the United distraction or disappointment) but his form improved in the second half and he finished strongly (I've read in reports).
And there is no point saying 'he is better than what we currently have' as plenty of teams have better than we currently have. Some even thought Fellaini was better than what we currently had before he signed and had the season he had for us.
Anyway, if we do sign him, I hope he is in the world class bracket or achieves that because usually, that sort of price is for that sort of player.

Yeah, read that he is in England and it isn't a vacation!
Hes excellent, way better than anything weve got.
Sauce?
Can we add Fellaini to that deal?
Ander Herrera is worth every penny of 30 million in my view... would be a terrific signing.
