I was the same when Bougherra made comments on the conflict in 2008, id rather the players of both clubs kept quiet on matters like this

I think he has been very silly.

I put it down to the individual, im not particularly comfortable cheering on a guy who supports the murder of woman and children but that's just me.

to each their own, its not about a moral high ground, I just people need to keep such opinions to themselves.

Dennis it's as if some fans just want to find a country in a war, take a side and claim all hell's gates

How many Irish republican's have you supported over the years?

I don't agree with the war in Ireland but the fact remains there are plenty of players at our club who supported men who done the exact same

so shoulduld Israel allow hamas to murder more of their people just so we cant complain about difference in numbers killed on either side?

Chu

I made a point about hamas using woman and children as shields, remember that time they founds Rocket Launchers in a school?

even Egypt have washed their hands of them

of course not, should the idf be killing kids? of course not.

laws of nature don't even apply in these regions.

It is good to know, according to some on here, that the Hamas rockets fired indiscriminately are specially designed not to kill women and children. It is also good to know that they are each accompanied by a warning, effective or not, to evacuate the area for which they are intended.

God bless those humanitarian Palestinians for their love of life.

Palestine have more chance of hitting someone with a rock than a missile.

not that it makes it ok, can you imagine what it would be like there if there missiles were getting through?

JFK

If the missiles were getting through then the carnage would be unimaginable. What country in the world would not make the ultimate response when it s citizens were being killed by its neighbors. BTW would you blame them?

I don't blame them for fighting back at all, I do think its a bit extreme and some of the pictures u see on twitter ect of Israeli's enjoying it are a bit stomach churning.

its always the innocent who suffer most. sad thing is any child on either side who just saw their dad get blown up grows up with hate and vengeance on their mind.
