Good shout about Hot Fuzz.
Nowhere near as good as Sean of the Dead.

Hot Fuzz remains in the IMDB top 250 films
For me, it should have been renamed 'Hot Streaming Shiite'
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Really top 250? It was ok nothing exceptional Shawn of Dead was better
The Dark Knight is a good shout. Another one I was expecting so much more from, albeit it was a good film.
Anyone seen the Ryan Gosling one, Only God Forgives or somethin? Not exaggerating when I say it is the single worst movie I have ever ever see.
Danny Boyle's Trance was another I heard was good and thought it was rubbish.
Deffo agree on Hot Fuzz. It's entertaining, but don't expect many laughs.

Inception is overrated. I found it a little boring.

Agreed.
One film that actually takes its place at #10 on IMDB greatest films ever made is Fight Club
I watched that and thought it was b0110x
The lord of the ring trilogy
Harry Potter
Star wars
I heard nothing but good things about The tree of life but i thought it was awful
Blade runner

Crash (2004) was awful preachy crap but everyone was obligated to say it was good to cover your political correctness quota
Crash (90s) was good and dark
Only walked out the cinema twice in my life and one of the films is one of those that some people still bang on about being amazing.
The Royal Tenenbaums and The Man Who Sued God starring Billy Connolly.
Both terrible films.
Tenenbaums could have been better but i liked it
there is unrealised potential there
Harry Potter strikes me as a franchise that could have made a better TV series than a film one
going ack to over-rated films though-Avatar? looked stunning but poor acting, way too long, way too drawn out and pretty predictable
Avatar was too preachy as well
but the visuals alone make it worth seeing multiple times (in HD)
american beauty, other than seeing Mena Suvari and Thora birchs tats, was pretty shíte

You mean Thoras toes right ?
TKT, i'm actually starting to agree with my Mum who's just fed up with all these special effects
Avatar is the worst example of this, without the special effects that film would be nothing
