Well Rooney, RVP, Fletcher and Carrick are the oldest players.

Rooney, RVP and Carrick will likely play. Don't think that seems too bad. Even if you stick Fletcher in there the team is fairly young overall, but Fletcher isn't likely to be first choice (hopefully) so not to bad IMO...
