Back on topic and away from your desperate attempts to deflect do you think that Ajmal's action is legal?

The problem with allowing a bowler to bend his arm to 15degrees means they are almost chucking..what stops a bowler from bowling 4 balls at 15degrees and 2 at 25 desgrees.. Bolwers we being allowed to basically throw the ball.
They are starting to clamp down on it now.
I mentioned long before about Hafeez when he bowls the quicker ball It was questionable and the same with narine..
Its no suprising their ecomony rates were lower than most..

Duncan, how do feel about some of your players putting some mickey mouse T20 champions league at higher priority over playing for the national side? Someone like Maxwell will miss the one off T20 but could also miss the first one dayer.

Duncan,

You are missing my point entirely my friend. I'm talking about ICC and it's consistency (lack of)!! the icc have made a pigs ear out of this, I'm questioning their integrity and intentions more than anything else. What has changed since these guys had their last tests? Zilch.
As for your question regards to Ajmal - I think Ajmal's (and the other Lankan lads and Narine) actions have been consistent. Unlike the authorities.

Anyways, apparently Ajmal is working in his action, but as far as I'm concerned he's history. Pakistan should move on. Looking forward to seeing how the aussies fair against our meagre looking spin attack.

Can see Aussies whitewashing us in ODIs and tests.

Honestly, very shocked. I'm just glad it is only the T20 they are missing. Maxwell, I feel is overrated so hopefully we will not miss him too much, hope he'll never be selected for a test after this.

Afridi, I accept your point, I too think it is troubling that guys who have been cleared are now banned. I think this is because they were lax in the past, as long as from now on the rules are applied as they have been in the last few months, without exception, then things should go back to normal.

Given how badly Perth played Lahore the other day, I'm not sure we will do very well in the ODIs. I am reasonably hopeful we can win the tests. Certainly will be a big challenge for the Aussies as the conditions and opponent are about as difficult as it comes for Australia. I think only India in India is more difficult for Australia.

Hafeez now injured and out of the tour

posted on 4/10/14

So:

Ajmal get's banned before the Aus series
Narine get's banned before the India series
Senanayake banned during England series when the England batsman were unable to play them

Pretty conclusive what's going on here.

Exactly kash, I've said it before and I'll say it again- it certainly isn't a coincidence. Hafeez injury means the aussies should safely see the ODIS and tests in the bag with a whitewash.

Congratulations to the aussies in a fine victory well in advance. . They were the only team that turned up. Literally.

Blatantly breaking the rules had nothing to do with it?

Aussie wonder Rodgers has come out today saying he's delighted Ajjy has been banned. Eion Morgan has blamed ajjy as ruining his test career today too. Meanwhile, the Essex coach has blamed Ajmal for his team not winning the championship.

This is now officially the dawn of "it's Ajmal's fault" for wannabes to use as a scapegoat.

It shows the level of professionalism and "spirit of the game" when certain countries and undividials take delight in another professional player being banned. Absolutely pathetic, but not surprised by the aussies. They've never come across as the most ethical bunch. Quality history, but lowly standards off the pitch continues

What's funny about Morgan is that he actually got ripped to shreds by Rehman, and not Ajmal...

Morgan has a Test ave of 30. Rehman got him out 3 times in 3 Tests but it's Ajmal who has ruined Morgan's career.. But it's Ajmal's fault .

I'd be delighted if a known cheater was banned from my sport. Especially if he had been getting away with it for 5 years.

Completely justifiable, Ajmal's illegal action took many wickets that helped Worcestershire win the title.

If you think these "deliveries" are not throws, you're absolutely delusional.

That was especially asinine, even by your standards. I am glad a cheater has finally been called out, call that bitter if you like.

7 balls into the series and Brad Haddin says to Ahmed Shehzad "move out the fekkkkinn way" after Shehzad passes him the ball...

First wicket down. Still expect Pakistan to come out on top here, looking at the way the pitch is taking spin.

What is going on here? Maxwell is a pretty ordinary spinner.

Nice bowling from Boyce, very worried now however, ball was turning a mile there.
