Just read through the 12 pages Speaking as a father who has been separated from his 2 daughters' mother for 13 years and a son who has lost both parents, Ally was 100% in the wrong
Well done to everyone who stood their ground, particularly the Bears
to be honest Steve i dont think being a "bear" or a "Tim" comes into it,it's all about respect and decency imo it was the way i was brought up,my mum raised me and my sisters that way...treat people the way you want to be treated
Tim - totally agree
Just though that it was worthy of comment/recognition that the Bears on last night's thread were quick to call Ally to account and not let being a "bear" or a "Tim" come into it

Don't worry Elite
I meant year and 5 weeks for his baby.
Looking back on my own life I used to have an "I'm alright Jack" view on the world but this changed after my own personal trauma. Anxiety became much less of a myth at that point and I have had to learn the hard way that life is not black and white but many shades of grey.
Someone mentioned autism on here as an excuse for the lack of taste. I can say that whilst not fully autistic I am on the spectrum and I can honestly say that I would never look to pass judgement on someone elses situation.
If people on here knew what my trauma was they would probably laugh and think it was hilarious but it was real and damaging to me so I could never in good conscience poke fun at someone's misfortune.
My Autistic tendencies actually made this thread a much more uncomfortable read because it makes socially awkward moments much more anxiety provoking rather than me not feeling anything about it which is what a lot of people think Autism is all about.
I apologise if this seems like I'm hijacking the thread but I wanted to try and correct a misconception.
Ah mick ur only offended because ur wrong so often when we disagree
Ah sorry to hear that murney , truly.
Lad must have had some serious demons, such a shame for him and his family
Autism can be a terrible thing, TC, as I know of it personally through my wife's family.
I hope you're getting the right help and support as I know how debilitating it can be.
