Are deals done on Sundays though? The window should officially end tonight as it's the last day of the month but has been moved 24 hours later I'm assuming because deals aren't conducted on Sundays.

That was agreed before today, still need to do a medical and agree a contract I think, sure it'll be fine.

Blind has been snapped at the Bridgewater hospital today.Really its just a matter of time before its announced.

I reckon we're gonna be looking into doing deals tomorrow, seems like many clubs like to get business done on the last day, maybe to get high panic fees, try and call other club's bluff, who knows.

I also think our interest in Strootman is going to gather pace throughout the course of the year.

There was also the Herrera fiasco and we made a £40m bid for Khedira (which he confirmed) and a loan deal for Coentrao.

We have in the region of 40 players who have played for the first team and a maximum of 43 games remaining this season. The exit door would need to be off the hinges on Monday if we're to sign anyone else.

Strootman to be our January signing while Fellaini is sold

Plenty of departures coming in next 24 hrs and plenty of loans too I think.

Still have a feeling we'll go for 1 more player and I think we probably need another because our fringe players who are having to play right now are just not good enough.

Probably Woodward will be busier offloading players than buying them....Can't see any marquee players getting in before the deadline now...so it's Blind, Di Mari, Shaw, Herrera and Rojo 'IN', and whatever the sweep catches on the way out. Hope they got a big broom!
