Loan deal, really?

posted on 31/8/14

Not too bothered tbh. Would much rather him go than Welbeck.

Strange, If use want rid why not get some dosh while your at it

Maybe he wants to go there, you cant deny him that. He's been a good player for us, but its time to move on.

Who's paying the wages?

posted on 31/8/14

Y loan him...sell him to juve or Valencia...

posted on 31/8/14

Juve and Valencia also offered loan bids.

Why are we loaning out nani, Hernandez and zaha? None are likely to be in his plans, will probably be hard to sell them in January/next summer.

So frustrating.

Maybe Hernandez himself preferred this deal over the other options. There is probably an option to buy in there somewhere (which I can't see Real taking up - I don't think he'll do very well there)

argh cant we just sell

they will end up coming back like anderson

posted on 31/8/14

we will probably do something stupid and pay his wages too just like the Nani deal.

These teams can feck off with loan deals

posted on 31/8/14

Sporting didn't pay Nani's wages because they couldn't afford them.

Don't think Real would be able to get away with the same excuse

Hope Arry puts a bid in for Young/Anderson

I hope it is true if Madrid pay his wages. Awful footballer.

We shouldn't have given him to them. Even if we had to sell for cheap. His wages will cost us 5 or 6 million for the year. taking that away from any fee next summer and we are just wasting money.

Juventus were the only other club in for him and they wanted him on loan too.

Does anyone know how the 25 man squad works?

Which players of ours count and how many spots do we have left?

I can only assume it is to increase their value. If they have good seasons then they will be worth more than sitting Uniteds bench

problem is when we are paying their wages. Don't know what Zaha is on but Nani and Hernandez will cost us 5-6million pounds each for one year.

Buying Madrids man of the match from their Chanpions League final

Giving them our squad players on loan

Madrid are our feeder club

posted on 31/8/14

The advantage of loan deals are two fold
1- it could potentially raise there value for a full sale next summer.
2- with no European football we need to downsize the squad. Shrinking a squad is much easier than building it up so maybe by loaning players out we give them game time and can bring them back into the fold next year when we hopefully have more games to give them playing time.

You can't sell your deadwood because they are shít footballers on high wages that players won't want to drop.
