Like to think he is surrounded by people who will actually advise him and not just yes men like Moyes surrounded himself with. With Roberto it is annoying when we can see stuff but apparently he cannot. I also agree with you that he does appear to have concentrated all our resources on attack (although we are still weak there). Expected us to hit the ground running but the signs against that were all there in the pre-season. Still lets have faith and confidence in Roberto after all he is always 'excited' at our 'incredible' Squad (another annoying trend).
