For locals who had been affected by the riots....

Maf, normally I don't mind you, but that is a very cheap shot.

Well, laughing at a club who wishfully offering cheaper tickets to kids if they accompanied by a guardian/parent to bring more family atmosphere to the ground is not a cheap shot when it comes to West Ham..

No, it is generally taken to mean that you've not been able to sell your tickets. I think that most reasonable people can see a HUGE difference between what Spurs did, and what West Ham did with their tickets.

We charge full amount for the parent/guardian who is bringing their kids. And, you all fail to notice this even we said it many times.

muffinboy you really are the pits..........................those tickets were for local businesses and residents affected by the riots, which incidentally were nothing to do with the club.

We need to know the exact figure and sanctions on QPR by football league if we further want to discuss about this arbitrary thing.

You will know the exact figure once the FL scrutinises QPR's accounts, as mentioned these have to be submitted by 1st December 2014.

However, it is fairly easy to surmise: QPR are expected to accrue losses in excess of £60m and the penalty kicks in on losses of £10m at 100% of figure above £10m.(See FL FFP Rules in earlier part of this post)

This figure is expected to be a fine of around £40m

I believe, I addressed all of the concerns OP has put forward about QPR and hopefully he'll stop creating this kind of baseless articles in future.

Adios!

Indeed spanked in a game won by an odd goal in the dying minutes unlike a convincing a 3-0 victory.

If this is "One for Tblot", whoever that might be, and mainly about QPR I am not sure it has any place on the Tottenham forum.

But as it is is here, I too have seen those reports that you refer to in your article, but I see them as a non-story.

QPR's debt problems stem largely from their profligate time in the Premier league which was not sustainable in the Championship with lower revenues, so they did not spend "beyond their means to gain promotion" which is what the FFP rules are all about. They are probably some journalists thoughts on a slow news day in the middle of the vacuum of league football in favour of international football.

The fact that they gained promotion at all was the real scandal, achieving that over the teams that finished above them in the Championship. This money spinning exercise on the part of the football authorities should be scrapped and only those that gain the necessary points over the course of the season should be promoted.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly. The rules are a total joke. It screws over every team which goes down because they are obviously going to have an overhang of players on premier league wages.
