Signed.
If the FL has issues with Cellino then fair enough, but it seems a massive conflict of interest to allow Harvey to have any say in the clubs ownership considering his past association with the club.
Signed, what the above said
I was considering something similar myself, an e-petition so the house of commons could have a debate about his corruption. He seems to consider Sepp Blatter a good role model!
The petition does not mention certain inaccuracies included in Harvey's testimony in one of the Ken Bates court cases, which I seem to recall occurring.
Am I mistaken that Mr. Harvey was found to have misled the court at that time?
Signed, with comments and the greatest of pleasure.

Not sure if he was found to have misled the court but we all know he did mislead the court. He should have been convicted then!
Signed. Get this cancer out of the FL.
Can Admin multi board this to Championsip, League 1 & League 2 clubs?
They are affected as much by his disgusting behaviour and poor choice in business partners / friends
Back from holidays and signed.
Under Harvey's 'custodianship' both Bradford and Leeds went through Admin and at Leeds he provided no governance at all, allowing Bates free reign to besmirch our club.
Personally I feel he is right in his stance regarding the fit and proper test regarding Cellino, but am surprised that he has spoken about this specific case (I am assuming he was asked rather than volunteer information).
I don't believe his track record in football indicates a man who is best placed to protect football.
Welcome back Jonty
All refreshed and ready to go again?
Cheers Jud, yep, had a lovely recharging time and hectic with tennis right now, hoping International Break will have worked wonders for Leeds!
Im sure it will, we were much improved against Bolton...although still far from perfect.
Redders will have had an extra week with the newer guys, and the older new guys (if that makes sense)
Hopefully Bolton was the start of our season!
Nice to see you back Jonty, even if we do disagree re: Cellino.
Most of us look forward to reading your posts, most of the time
whiterose, I've been driving my wife potty, need to redirect that back on here
