It really makes the difference when Gibbs--Koscielny--Mertesacker--RB line up
I'm sure Gibbs Kos Mert & Sagna went about 800 minutes without conceding a goal last season.
Gibbs is very underrated but adds a great connection to the back line
He's simply always there, either intercepting play or supporting the attack. Wins the ball a lot.
yeah very underrated IMO, reminds me so much of Clichy in his prime
Funnily enough they were highlighting Gibbs mistakes and poor play on Dortmund before the game on SSN
I said this last week that our balance of defence depends on Gibbs because he is the defensive fullback while Debuchy is our attacking outlet!
He is one of the best one on one fullback in the country!
Gibbs makes me so much calmer instead of Monreal playing, top class
