ITV reports that he's on "2 years of gardening leave". I guess that Massimo didn't want to pay him a lump sum for terminating the contract, so kept him on his wages.
Maybe in a bout a year Cellino is going to bring a bunch of ex head coaches back, kind of like Avengers Assemble.
We could be the first club with more coaches than players on the payroll?
Oh, he got the message alright!
Looks like the same pigeon McD got!..

“He sees this as a long term thing and I honestly believe him. All the stuff he has said to me before, he has done and been right with. I get on really well with him and work well with him and understand where he is coming from. He is genuinely trying to do well for the club and I can do with that.”
Don't you agree...?
Maybe, just maybe that Redders is a man that understands Cellino, and Cellino is a man that listens to Redders.
Cellino listened to Salerno when Salerno was recommending our new signings, could it be Cellino / Redders have the same repore?
Let's be honest, Cellino didn't know who Redders was before he took over, 8 months later they both seem to respect each other.
Take a look at yourselves, do you find yourself listening to those you have respect for?
That might be a "limited to some" question, I'm not sure...

Let's hope this is a marriage made in heaven.
You and I (and a few others) know that there will be a couple already sharpening their knives in anticipation of Redfearn's first mistake...!
