There's nobody really teetering on the edge yet. The one who most deserves to lose his job is Paul Lambert, but he recently signed a new contract so I can't see that happening.
We have been shocking either performance or result wise

Well, said Verbal...
It is interesting to see how the odd for BR tumbled down so quick...And I have a feeling they will continue to do so...
Not so much for Pocho...Mainly because at Spurs we did manager culling last year
Though Levy is not so bright in football matters so who knows
TVJ is firing a manager for a few months of poor form really the best answer?
Look at Pardew, he was a goner a month ago, he's now won 5 on the bounce, Newcastle were right to stick with him.
It makes absolutley no sense to fire BR, to be honest I'm shocked it's even being considered.
Would you like us to go back to the time when we had 3 managers in 2 yeras?
Forget our fans it's the owners of clubs who make these decisions , clubs are a business and our owners have already shown they will move managers on regardless of the stature they hold at the club. Obviously fans will make their feelings known, jeering, booing etc etc but if we don't get out of the CL group and I fear there is a huge chance we won't and possibly not even in go into the Europa cup then the pressure will really be on.
As for articles from reds saying fans calling BR to go are ridiculous, the only ridiculous thing is fans telling other fans that their opinions are wrong . everyone is entitled to their opinions except for on the Liverpool board on here.
---------
Nothing wrong with that. People continually have opinions that are absolutely wrong
Kneerash, I want BR to stay, I have never said other wise but he be under fire this season, we look certain to win and achieve nothing so for me he will be under big pressure from the owners
There is no way Rodgers will be fired this season but I bet he wont last the whole season next year. He is living on finishing second last year when in actual fact it was more down to Suarez. He is being found out for what he really is..........a fraudster.
I'd argue that each season under BR we have been average enough for the openign third of the season, so for me anyway, I'm pretty calm about the situation, think we've been a bit unlucky in some games and also think new players need far more time to adapt then 15 or so games.

If Liverpool continue to play with ineptitude, no belief or real passion, and find themselves among the bottom 6 or 7 come January, then I don't see Rodgers lasting much longer than the end of the season.
Im not saying this is the right approach, but when you spend big money, you bring in the players you wanted, then when it goes t1ts up, I'm afraid you live and die by those decisions.
He may not be the next Premier league manager to face the bullet, but if things don't improve over the next 6 to 8 weeks, he will certainly be under intense pressure.
Allardyce and Pardew looked vulnerable a few weeks ago but both look comfortable now.

My point was I bet they were a game away from the sack and now it seems ridiculous to think that but BR or another manager may not be so lucky, owners are million/billionaires and usually want to see results. I cannot see things getting much better for us and therefore fear BR could be at risk.
I don't want him to go anywhere, I never wanted him as our manager but from his first press conference I changed my mind. The cup games against Bournmouthe and Basel/Ludo for me will be something the owners will have a big eye on .
It reads as though they were on the brink and a couple of weeks later they're safe.
Rodgers won't be sacked, the owners aren't that stupid.
The guy obviously has good ideas but tactically Rodgers is average. Why? Because by and large he is inexperienced and never played at the highest level.
Thereby all of his knowledge will come from experience. Any experience is good experience, even that of disappointing results and pressure.
Rodgers will learn from this and find out a lot about his players, staff and himself.
I'd rather he used that experience to the benefit of Liverpool football club rather than another.
Rodgers will be with us for a minimum 2 more years.
Gawd, these wums are getting worse! What a brainless post.
