Eric Dier has deputised in that position but his preferred role is centre-back and he has sometimes struggled on the flank.

With how frail we have been at CB, i'm surprised we haven't played Dier (in his preferred position) at CB. Maybe even try Dier at CB with Verts, and Kaboul at RB....

I've been saying this for a while. Sack of kaboul and try vertonghen and Dier. Might be shaky for a few games but I can't believe it would be worse than Kaboul / Fazio!

I've just been looking at your squad on wikipedia and trying to come up with a team i'd be most cautious about and I ended up dropping Lamela and Eriksen.

Mind you I am not an authority on Spurs by any stretch.

Probably should drop Mason for Eriksen actually.

Good news! Walker is by no means the perfect RB yet, but he is an England international and way better than anybody else we have at full back, he will provide some much needed pace also.

We have been much worse since Walker has been out of the team, coincidence maybe or maybe not

that team is ok but drop ade and play soldado. drop either of the cms and play kane in behind.

eriksen deserves to be dropped the moment.

townsend on the left is ok.


lamela battling with chadli for a start and there is only one winner.

Will take a while for him to get upto speed. I hope some of you haven't built him up to be Lahm since he's been out and will be hounding him out if he makes a few mistakes?

He hasn't been the same since someone spotted him eating at TGI Friday in Enfield. I bet some gooooner waitress poisoned his food

Walker is head and shoulders Spurs best full back, and cannot wait to have him back in the team. Boy have we missed him.

I`m like that as well Don. I need anger management courses when it comes to Spurs. I have to say though I am calmer than I used to be. I at least see they are crap now and can laugh about it.
