Not many woes in the qualification thus far though

By woes idon't mean qualification. What happens after it is what matters

qualification means F all.

The euro groups are so dilute, its easy to qualify..

England have no idea how to play tournament football..until they address that they will continue to underachieve in major tournaments

qualifying with a 100% record means nothing when the finals tournament begins

Shaw, Barkley, Stirling and Ox are probably the only potential world class players from the newcrop.

Looking at the youngsters who play in the U-17s, U-19s and U-21s England should have a bright future, but can we expect a lot of these players to make it into not just the PL commanding 1st team places, but into CL competition. The answer is probably no, and that's where development is going to stall. Little chance of them moving abroad either.

England are just not good enough in major tournaments . I'm not interested other than club football.

Strange timing, seeing as the team yesterday not only completed its 4th win from 4 qualifiers, but also had a vast array of under 25s in Clyne, Gibbs, Wilshere, Henderson, Sterling and Welbeck starting.
Hart is still young for a keeper. At CB there are few options, the fact Smalling is third choice shows the limitations at the moment at CB.
Lallana is the only over 25 in the starting XI you can look at and say you can replace him with younger, which could happen as soon as Strurridge is fit.

Germany's backbone to glory was also built around some very experienced players alongside the younger ones.
