I just feel he's done everything he can do and its not enough.
We have a better squad than any other side in this league but we play to the standard of Queen of the South most weeks.
Im sure some player attitides could be questioned but their coaching just isnt good enough and that boils down to Ally and his 2 buddies.
Change and a fresh look at things is needed and Stuart McCall is available for nothing. The clubs future has to come before Allys legacym
If as we all know now, is Mike Ashleys men call the shots now, they would have no qualms about getting rid of alistair, I dear hope it's no McColl, he is too nice a guy for Rangers and his accent gets on my t!!ts but ashley picks guys with cockney accents, Ray Wilkins is a more likely option
My first choice would be mcinnes but Ashley has probably never heard of him
"He really needs to go now before he cause irreplaceable damage to his reputation"
As a snidy wee fat cant.
Reports that 10 or so admin staff were made redundant by the club through the week.
If Lambias and co are really trying to cost cut then they should be looking no further than the 3 men in the dugout right now.

Ron those contracts will be watertight, but Levein had a cracking contract at the SFA didn't stop them sacking the cant, bit of threats in the paper and an out of court settlement, everyone a winner

Dal did you hear lenny a few weeks ago on clyde, he was asked about the whisper that the Celtic fans love, he didn't disclose it, says he never will because it was absolutely nothing, he said we are two guys who are passionate about our clubs and football, he said me and ally had a good laugh about it we are still good friends, it was nothing
The man has to know his time is up and do the decent thing and walk.
McCall did this at Motherwell this season. Knew it wasnt working and had tried all he could so left with his head held high.
After today's result ....he simply has to go. New management need brought in now before Hearts lead is unassailable. With mccoist in charge the lead will only get bigger and bigger. And with the clubs cash crisis we cannot afford to miss out on promotion. The team is a total shambles under him. Brute force may have go us out of league 2 and league 1 but it ain't getting us out of the Championship. Give him his jitter now and bring in someone that knows what he's doing.
He's had 3 years and spent a small fortune on dross. We could have developed 10 Lewis McLeod in that time. But he has brought in over the hill pash and ruined the unique opportunity we had.
FFS he's earning a higher salary than Delia. If that isn't an attractive option for someone then god knows what is.
I'd plump for someone like Billy Davies. Always has teams playing good attractive football.

RANGERS manager Ally McCoist says he still believes in himself and in his team's ability to win the Scottish Championship despite today's 2-0 defeat at Tynecastle leaving them nine points adrift of Hearts.
McCoist was on the end of abuse from some of his own fans as 10-man Rangers fell to their third defeat of the season.
A sweeping first-time effort from Jason Holt sent Hearts on their way in the 56th minute and Jamie Walker's late penalty sealed a win that puts McCoist under serious pressure.
But he said: "I don't think about that myself and that's the truth. My only concern is the team and the club getting back to where we want to be.
"Today is another reminder that it's going to be difficult, very difficult. But I am still as firmly focused and determined and full of belief as I ever have been."
McCoist added: "It's going to be difficult but it's not insurmountable, that's for sure. We are not halfway into the season, there's a long long way to go.
"Hearts are playing very well but I think we showed enough, particularly in the first half, that we are more than capable of closing that gap.
"Nine points is not ideal, far from it, but we have a firm belief that we can do it. It's not going to be easy but we still believe we can be champions come May."
The club's record goalscorer was subjected to abuse from a significant section of the away support when he took off Lewis Macleod for Kris Boyd in the 80th minute, although they were soon drowned out by chants of "Super Ally" from other Rangers fans.
McCoist said: "I've had it before, probably more than most. I am aware of it, absolutely.
"It ain't nice, I'd be lying if I told you otherwise. But I've been in the game long enough to know that it's part and parcel, particularly at the club."
While McCoist faced the criticism from fans, the manager levelled his own at Steven Smith, who was shown a straight red card in the 21st minute for a studs-showing challenge on Callum Paterson.
"Initially, crazy as it may seem, the way the game went for 10 minutes after the sending-off wasn't too bad," he said. "I thought we were the better team in the first half by some considerable way.
"But I was very disappointed in the sending off. It put us up against it, against a team who are playing very well at the moment. I feel Steven has let his team-mates down with the challenge."
Smith's tackle was arguably no worse than subsequent fouls by Kenny Miller and Boyd, the first of which saw Kevin McHattie leaving the field on a stretcher with a knee injury and forced the manager to take the striker off moments later.
And McCoist admitted his side could have showed more focus on the football in a game that yielded nine yellow cards.
"There were one or two needless challenges, particularly in the second half, that put us under pressure again, and then you have to make decisions, because you are down to 10 men and don't want to lose any more men. That was a disappointment.
"But the positives are we absolutely kept going until the end and were fully committed."
Hearts head coach Robbie Neilson admitted the game had "hinged on the sending-off" but felt his players had generally stood up well to the physical challenge.
"It was always going to be like that," Neilson said.
"For both sides there were a lot of strong challenges but you have two teams at the top of the league competing at Tynecastle with a full house and the atmosphere and the build-up to the game. We had to stand up to it. They put some challenges in and we put some challenges in.
"A lot of them have experience of playing in the SPL so I knew we could handle the occasion, it was just about handling the physicality and strength. We did a lot of work on that during the week and thankfully they have taken things on board."
Billy Davies is on gardening leave for 3 more years at Forest on £800k per year. If he takes another job he'll lose it, he's a money hungry wee Kant so somehow can't see RFC either affording a tempting salary or tempting to lose out on all that lovely wonga!!

Very very very fair article. Compassionate. Dignified. Literate. Loyal. Corroborated by the latest media rumour that a duo of Graeme Rix & Jim 'Mustpha' Moffat, the big Forfar Bridie, is being lined up to take over on the coaching front. Mate of mine who does the electrics at Murray Park says both seen there twice this week.
By the way—does anybody know if Graeme Rix is in fact the cousin of Lord Brian Rix, one-time King of British farce & well-known patron of mencap?
Thanks
