Well as neither plays in Championship in doesn't matter.

If Ya ya is as bad as you say he wouldn't get goals in it anyway.

A league goal for any team in the PL, Championship or tip European division (bar own goals).

So yes, if Ya ya goes to Watford and scores 40 in the Championship it counts.
