If Ramos were to leave then his most likely destination would be to work under Mourinho again and possibly be Terry's replacement/heir.

Dont know how much la liga you watch, but for a team who have so much of the ball whenever a team does attack they look suspect, he has improved dont get me wrong, but he is flimsy at times and weak, also his reading of the game is not exceptional, as I believe his last ditch tackling is very good, but its usually after giving a man a yard poor positionally.
Maybe I overate real madrid tbh! but believe they could have better.

Nick, honestly I only watch la Liga if Madrid or Barca are playing on sky sports but I would argue that in his defence - at least this season - Madrid haven't been playing much with defence minded midfielders. The likes of Kross, Isco and Modric aren't exactly affording much protection.
