BCFC's voluntary receivership...

There's no shortage of buyers for the club as we are a very good prospect, most big investors have realised now that taking a club from the Championship to the promised land of the Premier League is THE big payday, especially with this year's new deals and TV rights increase!

What about FFP?

Are you drinking again blueinbarca. Unfortunately for you guys nobody is interested in you except a few local businessmen, the baker, the butcher & the candlestick maker.

The only reason you call in the receivers is due to major problems. 99% of the time financial issues.

Ask Portsmouth, Leeds, Luton fans etc how many times they were told everything would be ok.

This will definately not be good news, particularly in the short term!

Feel sorry for the real fans.

There's more buyers interested in BCFC than AVFC you fool,200 Million quid for a club that's been in decline for 30 years and on the verge of relegation?

You go into great detail about the amount of schite BCFC are in and then have a pop at Albion fans for noticing...

I don't think newly promoted Championship clubs are the ones having to worry about financial fairplay, why would they?
Birmingham City have a decent fanbase and crowds of 25-30,000 even in The Championship,a solid backbone from which to build!

Blueinbarca your average attendance is just over 16000. Deluded fool !

I was talking about domestic FFP.

seedy villa
It is at the moment because the Chinese have been dismantling our club for the last 3-4 years, once they are gone the crowds will come back!
What's villa's average attendance this season then?

posted on 17/2/15

You've not had average attendances of 30.000 since 1975.

2011 : 25,462
2010 : 25,246
I said 25-30,000 average attendance!

You said your average attendance in the championship is 25-30000, as per usual incorrect. Deluded fool as I already stated.

blue in thailand's got a point.
Why should any investor need to wait for a club to get relegated to the Championship when there's already a lame-duck Championship club available in Birmingham?

You obviously haven't heard about QPR's FFP problems this season, nor about Leicester and Burnley both being looked into.

Domestic FFP was instigated by the Sky 4 and Spurs, the days of a new owner coming into an English club with lots of money to invest are over.

The relegated clubs have the money to bounce straight back in most cases, you will have to do exceptionally well to get out of the Championship these days.

Football League are looking into whether the 10 point deduction applies so wouldn't count those chickens just yet bluey. Doubt it will apply but you never know with football administrators.

It's out of our hands so gloat if you want to guys, but take a long hard luck at your respective positions in the PL (V'ill & 'Al-be-off' that is) and worry about your own places at the big boys' table before scoffing at our news.
