Yep, When he was appointed I had doubts, thought he was a bit of a loose cannon at Spurs. But on reflection that was maybe because he was thrust into the limited but probably knowing that Levy wouldn't support him long term.
He came here knowing he had the job on merit, has been much more self-confident as a result, and everything he's done and said so far has been spot on. He has the makings of a true Villa managerial legend.

PL would never put tgat young fella on, only way they gain much needed experience, even five Mins here and therewill boost there confidence hugely
Yes I might have to eat humble pie. I really felt it was a risky appointment, but so far he seems to be doing the right thing.
A win tommoz & he surely will be manager of the month, which wouldn't be a bad start to his Villa career.
