Yes, I did at first. I sent a message asking them to fix the thing once and for all - this happens far too often. They replied once the system was up and running, without acknowledging there had ever been a problem.

mine keeps cutting out stopping and starting!!!! i dont miss a second of the commentary but to some it up the full time whistle on my pc went at 17.11!!!!!!!
