Rotherham relegate Millwall and Wigan

If we don't go up as seems likely I would prefer one of Chestrfield or Sheff Utd to come up to give me another near away visit. The top two divisions are getting more and more choked with southern clubs.

Hope Sunderland are relegated as it is an unwritten rule that we can only be promoted with Sunderland.

Let's just hope Steve Mac was there to see Rotherham beat Reading tonight, hopefully he might figure out how to get a point on Saturday against Reading. Then at least he'd be doing the job he gets paid for.

Reading have only four away wins this season - at Boro, Norwich, Ipswich and Wolves!
Anyway delighted to see those animals relegated at Millwall.
Hull winning tonight has not helped QPR, and have you seen their last four fixtures? The FFP cheats are on their way to oblivion !
Hey, did anyone see the quality of Barcelona's goals tonight... that's how are you finish !

Whilst accepting that our failure to make the Automatics was disastrous, denying as it does the extra time to prepare for the PL, It may be that our mini collapse in form could prove to be a good thing.

The collapse will surely prevent our owners and management from thinking we are already good enough for the PL But, as it now is, if we somehow scrape through the play-offs to get promoted, they will know a lot of improvement and strengthening is needed.

A final point. Whenever I've seen Albentosa he has looked pretty good. Is he injured or have our management seen some weaknesses either in training or in away games that I didn't see?

Albentosa is one footed and a bit slow Ramdini. Still looks better than Forsyth in a central defender role though.

Of the promoted sides, Bournemouth have relied to a certain extent on some kind refereeing. They wont get that in the Premiership. Their wage bill this season will be about 10 times their income so FFP will get them when they come down.

We at least have a chance of staying up if we can find some decent defenders.

I liked the Braveheart bit at the end. The whole of the Championship gives thanks to Rotherham.

Sour grapes on my part maybe, but I'm made-up Wigan have gone down. Dave Whelan deserves all the bad luck possible where football is concerned.

BTW, do you know he broke his leg in the FA cup final a long time ag...........

One down side to Millwall and Wigan being relegated last night, is they will have nothing to play for at the weekend, and they're playing Brentford and Wolves!

Wick,

But we have our destiny in our own hands,.......................... oh hang-on.........

Come on Wicklow, we are playing the current worst team in the division excluding Blackpool. We need 1 point. If we can't get one point out of Reading at home then what chance would we have in the playoffs. If we lose and Brentford and Wolves win then we will save our money not attending a game we are bound to lose. Why are you so pessimistic.

tbf I'm sorry Millwall have gone down. Its a good away day with a visit to London. Rather go there than souless places like Rotherham, Reading and Huddesfield.
Rotherham must have the most hated manager in the league.
If we stay down well I'm hoping Chesterfield come up in the play-offs...decent fans.

It's a pity Wigan saved arguably their best performance of the season for the iPro

The Millwall player Lee Gregory got what was coming to him.
And Ian Holloway has been shown to be the most over-rated manager in football.
