The BBC turning on their own poster boy.

Seems like London is going to swing heavily for labour/libdems. It's funny how once it was seen as a city of privilege and for the elite (something synonymous with Tories) but now it's one of the last left wing/centre-left strongholds in the country. The north clearly cares more about identity/nationalism than economic class now.

BBC tearing corbyn to bits jees

Showing how poor their analysis is.

Its as deep as bad leader! Leaders fault.

Failing to acknowledge many facets, especially the brexit party vote...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But if it were purely down to leadership, why didn't the lib dems hoover up disaffected labour voters? Clearly there's more to it than 'we don't like Corbyn". There's been a serious realignment in terms of how people view themselves politically and what they believe each respective party stands for. Identity over class should be the main focus of analysis. Brexit is essentially the UK's identity crisis made flesh.

Which will ultimately result in even more division between the north and south!

The result comes down to one thing.

For brexit voters this vote was ALL about brexit.

For remain voters it was about a lot more, and they are distributed among the parties on economic lines instead.

That's all we can take from this, it will be interesting to see the final vote shares leave/remain later, and you damn well know someone will work it out.

Another Tory talking about "quality public services" after they decimated them.

Poor people... Will you ever wake the feck up.

Apparently not. Well you will reap what you sow.

Basically we get classes of kids to do dirty and unappealing jobs, like clearing gutters or sweeping chimneys etc.

We call them the working class, when in reality they are just slaves to us betters

BBC News:

Labour and Conservative sources telling me that Tony Blair’s former Sedgefield seat now looking set to fall to the Conservatives. Labour source predicting Tory majority of at least 1,000, possibly more. #

Labour must go to the centre again
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Absolutely not. That’d be disastrous. It’d allow the Tories to continue to drag the entire debate further to the right.

How much do you need to squeeze some voters before they realise they've been duped?

Wansbeck has gone to a recount

Ian Lavery, the Labour chairman, had a majority of 10,435 - equivalent to 24.8% - at the last election

He was the face of Labour's attempts to shore up the Red Wall in the dying days of the campaign

Fack me..

In blind polls, their policy package tested as *much* more popular than the Tories.

By a country mile.
