I'm thinking we could get some informative pieces on here. The odd bit of physiological analysis or protein heavy recipe. I might see what I can scrape together later.

I genuinely started going to the gym daily to bang the receptionist. Which I did manage to but with considerable stress.

Okay, so as a starter for ten, here is a chicken and chorizo jambalaya.
Cajun seasoning
4-8 chopped chicken thighs
Sliced chorizo
1 thinly sliced red pepper
Clove of crushed garlic
1 diced onion
250g long grain brown rice
1 tin chopped tomatoes
600-700ml chicken stock
1. Brown chicken in frying pan. Remove and set aside.
2. Chuck the chorizo in, let it sweat out some of its oil. Add the onions and give 5 minutes. Then add peppers and garlic and give it a couple minutes more. Add seasoning.
3. Add this mix to the tinned tomatoes and the rice and the chicken stock. Simmer until the rice is nearly ready. Then add the chicken 5-10 minutes from the end.
Voila.
chicken thighs are awesome, good choice of cut
There's something like 30g of protein per 400 kcal in this, good for a cut.
Also, you can make a pan of it and eat it for several days. It's excellent leftover food, possibly even better second day. Really takes the hassle out of thinking where your next meal is coming from.

Must be cool training in the day. I love training Saturday mornings. Love the feeling. I think I'd get bored training in the day time every day though.

Nah I love it. Mostly I can get to the gym 1045, so by the time it's beginning to get busy i'm out of there. All the equipment is mine all the time.
Then if I am not doing a heavy day I have plenty of equipment I can use at home, if clients get in the way of going in.
I can't really imagine training at lunch or in the evening, lunchtime is disgustingly sweaty and busy and evening i'm usually pretty tired.
