what do you want redfearn to do?
NR should go back to the academy and work with Rosler because he said he was happy there anyway.

Whats ill advised at leaving up to Cellino to show him the door?..
He was put there "again" by the bloke in charge, so its up to the bloke in charge to get rid!..
Any wrong doing and Redder's could have a case, but if he walked he'd lose anything he had coming!..
Redder's is doing exactly what most would do!..
"Either way you look at it, the man comes across as lacking a bit upstairs."
Yep I'll agree with that, the bloke upstairs is lacking a bit, or maybe even a lot!.

Really? after the way hes been treated?
i'd punch MC in the face and walk out the door, with my compo.
Yes - but how sweet to ask to go back and wait for Cellino to sack him.
I'd love to see that!

The problem is you are talking here to folk who decide that the best way to 'prove' their point is to shout the loudest and the most often on this forum...!
If Neil Redfearn hasn't buttonholed Massimo Cellino over his future he's dense. Massimo Cellino has probably told him firmly where he stands, after all, it was Neil Redfearn that came out and said he could go back to the Academy. He was probably given the job until the end of the season dependent on results / position etc.
I don't know of any on here will have seen his contract, if he even has one..? Because that would not surprise me either.
And before anyone pipes up with Jonty's favourite mis-quote ever, when Cellino said I want him to stay for 20 years (or however long it was) I don't think he was lying, wanting and getting are two different things. I want Leeds United to win every game, I am realistic enough to know it won't happen. But I'm not a liar for wanting it.
Same old, same old, people turning Cellino down and we eventually go for third choice.
Do all clubs always get their 1st choice manager / player?
Who would of been your preffered choice of the 3 Jonty?
Rich, the conditions are working for Cellino, so I don't think any are suited.
If Cellino wasn't here, I would have liked Warburton.
Behave Jonty .......... how do you KNOW he was 3rd choice!?!?
The fact Poyet has turned us down (if reports are correct) and the lad from Brentford ......... who's to say they were right for us?
I'd not have Poyet back - he's a few good results away from jumping ship to the next biggest offer, he's history of it.
Poyet - Over rated, leaves clubs on a whim. Openly hawks himself when he feels the need (Brighton to wherever he went then...? Reading..? How long did he last there..?) Money grabber of the highest order, failed at Sunderland and threw his toys out of the pram.
Warburton - Don't know enough about him personally but isn't this the man who managed a club really well, then announced he was not staying...! Did he think they were going to fold and not get promoted...? Did he not feel up to Premier League pressure...? Was he just so self inflated he thought they'd be falling over themselves to sign him on...?
Uwe Rosler. Out of work and available, itching to get back into management. Wants to prove himself capable after a sacking. Has a track record as a coach in England.
Hmmmmmmmmm.....?
It's a toughy isn't it...?
What does twitter say, that's all we should use to get a coach in
Because Cellino approached 2 people who turned him down before Rosler accepted.
Warbuton has been Cellino'd at brentford, they told him even with promotion he was leaving the club. He's meant to be very annoyed that he hasnt been given the option to finish the job.
Forget Cellino's madness for a minute.
Who would people rather have as coach:
Redders or Rosler?
batty -
Rosler with Redders running the Academy.
(but I think his relationship with MC has deteriorated too far for that to be the case)
Rosler for me also. And I like Redders.
Tough one batty.
Redders did well with his assistant but naff without IMO. The football was pretty limited but so was the squad and totally unbalanced.
Rossler plays a better 'brand' of football, high pressing and posession game, which i do want to see.
Brentford fans saying we'd have 70-80% possession with rossler in charge.
However wigan slipped horribly under his stewardship.
tough one to call, in fact cant call it.
Rich, who chose the assistant?
Redfearn saw what he needed to make things work.
I keep wondering now if part of NR's reluctance to play or utilize his squad simply was a big FU to MC?
In particular, why didn't he give Montenegro starts when we were safe? There was no harm in giving him a few games. Especially when you factor in Morison's
Goal record.
So that lead me to maybe Rosler can utilize more of
What we have already. Mix it up more? Dunno.
Jonty, Redders chose his assistant didnt he?
When left to his own devices Redders was good, not inspired football but its the results that matter.
Redders by himself was very average, just how many people would be without an assistant to bounce ideas off etc.
isolated rossler or isolated redders i just dont think it matters, both not be able to do much.

Well he will be back in paraguay now i assume as the loans over.
whats the point is using players who you dont deem to be good enough?/ arent working hard enough in training?
even Cellino came out now and said Adryan aint good for England etc.
Redders had a mission - which he completed very successfully, hes been repaid in the worst possible way.
