Only Klopp could turn things around for Liverpool. Under performed this season yes but As an Arsenal fan if he were to be given time and money at Liverpool I'd be very worried.
A poor season does not taint seemingly impossible seasons he had with Dortmund with tight finance. Unfortunately, the bully Munchen won in the end. At Liverpool he's have more financial freedom I suppose.

Even in their poor season they still have the chance to win a Trophy.
I would worry if you brought Klopp in tbh.
It might not work of course, but I would be more worried about it working than I would under Rodgers.
RODGERS FINISHED SECOND LAST SEASON!!
GIVE HIM A CHANCE FFS.
WE KNOW HE HAS THE ABILITY TO GET HIS PLAYERS TO PERFORM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL..
reality check LFC last 5 years
58 points
52 points
61 points
84 points.
62 points
now on what planet is last year not a fluke?
I will tell you exactly what will ocurr if rodgers is left in charge.
55 to 60 points in the premier league, cup runs right up to first decent team we meet and more wasted time and money.
Ancelotti is having a sabbatical.
Kopp is having a sabbatical.
Rafa is going to Madrid.
Rodgers is almost certainly staying at Liverpool I think.

"Oh and in his 3 years he has spent more than most so that's another myth."
I'm not saying he hasn't spent, I'm saying it's not his strength. He has spent a bit but I'm sure after Suarez's sale, Liverpool's net spend isn't that bad. Doesn't excuse some of the dross that's been purchased though.
Just think Rodgers should focus on youth which is his obvious strength and compliment that work with the odd signing of genuine quality. He could do with getting in a very good defensive coach to help assist him, chill out with his hyperbole in the media and avoid tactical naivety. Not too much to ask I know.
Rodgers 0 trophies in 3 years.
Games that matter : Chelesa last season (H) =Choked
Crystal Palace (A) = Choked
This season : Carling Cup semi final Chelesa 2 legs - Choked
FA Cup semi final: Aston villa
PL : Man U & Arsenal= He Choked in all of them. Yes he done some good things but even Kenny got us to 2 cup finals and actually won something. Top 4 or winning a trophy this season he couldnt even do but we actually finish 6 and a 6 one beating. 117 mill spending.=OUT.

RODGERS FINISHED SECOND LAST SEASON!!
GIVE HIM A CHANCE FFS.
WE KNOW HE HAS THE ABILITY TO GET HIS PLAYERS TO PERFORM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL..
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Correction - Suarez got them to finish second last season. If we can credit Rodgers for anything it was getting Suarez to play. Did he stay? No. Did Rodgers put all his eggs in the Sturridge basket and it backfired? Yes. He had no one to fall back on when we needed them, excuse the pun. There was no investment in another striker when we needed one. No defense coach, either.
Please can you account for the discontent displayed by Gerrard and Sterling? Apart from the fact that Sterling had his head turned by his agent, Rodgers pinned all his hopes on him to get us through almost every match and he wasn't up for it. Nor was it fair if I'm being brutally honest.
If those performances last season were us playing at our highest level then mid-table is just about all we deserve and all we'll get; however, it is what it is and this debate is futile. He's staying, isn't he?
Main points to look at for me.
Signings made under Rodgers - the quality of player brought the club under Rodgers has been abysmal to say the least. In his 3 years in charge, 24 players have been bought for £211,550,000. Coutinho and Sturridge have been the only really good buys and Can has shown huge potential despite being played out of position.
Can't be trusted with money.
----------
Treatment and man management of the senior players in the squad - Rodgers seems to have bombed out the players who had the expo and seniority in the squad. His treatment of Carragher in his last season was nothing short of disgusting in the way he benched him only to realise he was still the best defender we had when he had to bring him back.
Pepe Reina wasn't the keeper he had been but he was and still is twice the keeper Mignolet is but was bombed out because he and the manager fell out.
Same can be said about
Agger
Gerrard
----------
Our defence is and has been diabolical under Rodgers and shows no sign of improving anytime soon. A defensive coach needs to be appointed and a good run of form in the middle of this season changes nothing.
----------------
Team selections and tactics - it seems that the manager doesn't know his best team or how to set them up. I've seen people say "those 2 can't play together" about pairings in defence and centre mid. The players that have been signed under this manager???
Over view - I'm bemused at what I've witnessed this season after having such a good season last year. We lost Suarez to Barca and Sturridge to injury but the £110m that was spent last summer was wasted on cráp and I think the manger needs to go.

But surely he knew that was a possibility? He knew he was losing Suarez, and he knew Sturridge's injury history. Ok, maybe you don't expect him to be gone for so long with it, but it's hardly a surprise to lose him at all.
How many times this season have I heard the phrase 'Liverpool start the game today without a recognised striker' or similar? It's ridiculous. The Balotelli gamble backfired epically... What was it, one league goal for Balo? That is abysmal!
I think had Studge been injured all last season and fit all this season, he'd be viewed as the long term solution
We probably would have gone 7th to 4th to 4th.

And this is where you are absolute wrong.
Klopp had enough money to buy the last two seasons. He failed with all his buys.
I've been quite tough on Klopp recently
He's a very good manager, but he seems to be held up as a messiah and people seem to completely ignore the negatives of his career. He has all the same negatives as managers people want sacked. He got relegated. Took a top side to the lower half of the table. Bought badly. 'Only' succeeded when some dutch clown wrecked the only competition he had for the title, hasn't won since they recovered.
I'd be happy to have him manage my side, but there doesn't seem to be any rational assessment of him. What almost looks like a like for like replacement has become replacing dogshiite with Jesus.

However this Transfer Committee set up and concept needs looking at as a whole, as we have missed out on far too many players.
